What do I need to know before I place my order?
1.Make sure to choose detail photos that are clear in detail and shows the best quality for your illustration.
Tip: Pictures that capture the persons character or expressions are the best ones to use.2. When ordering, you can select a standard white background or allow us the artistic freedom to play off the pose and mood of the photo. Sizes we provide are 16x20 and 27x40 provided in Gloss or semi gloss. All portraits come UV protected for indoor use.
3. When you place your order, we review your photo and follow up with a confirm email or phone you with the confirmation. At that time a deposit of your order will be required.
4. Our illustration turnaround time within 10-15 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your portrait is finished, we will email you a proof to view for your approval. After we review your approval, your portrait is printed and shipped out to you.
